Titebond WW60 is the adhesive component of this unique and innovative system. This thicker formulation is designed for wood and wood-composite projects and is ideal for application where gap filling properties are needed. With a fast set time, it eliminates the need for nails, staples, screws and other mechanical fasteners (in most applications), yet it is ideal for assembly applications where longer open times are desired. The HiPURformer Advanced Bonding System utilizes the patented, innovative hot melt adhesive applicator from German manufacturer Steinel. This high quality tool provides the perfect delivery system for HiPURformer adhesives. It is cordless, lightweight and extremely easy to use.

Coverage Approximately 71 linear feet of 1/16" (OD bead) per 50 gram cartridge

Working Surfaces Surfaces must be dry and free from any dust, dirt or other material that may deter adhesion. Apply adhesive using the HiPURformer adhesive applicator. Join the surfaces to be bonded together, ensure proper alignment of pieces and hold firmly in place until the adhesive sets (approximately 60 seconds).

Cleanup Allow any squeeze out to become firm and remove it with a putty knife or scraper. Fully cured material can be removed by sanding or cutting. Do not use heat or flame to remove adhesive.

Important To prolong the shelf life after initial use, extrude a one-inch bead of adhesive to purge any air from the cartridge tip, then immediately replace the cartridge cap tightly, while the adhesive is hot. ALWAYS WEAR GLOVES.

Not for use on copper or metal alloys containing a high percentage of copper. Not for continuous submersion or use below the waterline.
